Bottle filling lines

The issue:

In bottle filling lines, high levels of static charges build up on the bottle surfaces. The reasons are contact and separation of the bottles with other parts of the machine, during their rapid movement, changes in temperature, ambient humidity are major causes.

The impacts of static charges in bottle filling lines include (i) labeling / aesthetics issues (ii) hygiene and cleanliness issues, due to dust attraction (iii) inconsistent filling levels and rejection, and (iv) product splattering

The remedy:

Blowing ordinary compressed air is not adequate, since the high static charges make the dust to cling to the bottle surfaces. The Valstat IN10G ionising air nozzle transforms ordinary compressed air into ionised air, loaded with millions of positive and negative ions.
