Direct warping machines

The issue:

In a warping machine, fibres passing through ceramic eyelets and combs generate static charges on the filaments. These charges cause fiber entanglement, breakage, incorrect tension, and misalignment on the warping beam, ultimately leading to reduced productivity, material wastage, and degenerated quality.

The remedy:

Place Valstat static removal bars as depicted in the sketch below. These anti-static bars emit balanced positive and negative ions toward the charged surface, neutralising charges and enhancing warping beam speed and quality.
