The issue:

Electrostatic charges are formed on the surface of pen barrels, particularly plastic ones, during the manufacturing process. These charges create issues like safety concerns, material handling and dust attraction. The pen's appearance is a critical aspect and the charges can lead to improper finish, due to problems at the time of coating or printing or labelling.

The remedy:

Position the Valstat ionising air blower, as shown below. The device generate a balanced air flow of positive and negative ions, directed towards the barrels to remove static charges and blow off any dust on the surface. Coating or printing or labelling application is therefore made easier and proper.
