The issue:

Following the container filling procedure, custom printed shrink sleeves or labels are applied to the external surface of the container. The problem arises from exceptionally elevated static charges on both the sleeve and the container surfaces, causing repulsion between them. Consequently, the sleeve or label may fail to adhere to the intended position on the container. Additionally, the static charges facilitate the attraction of dust to the container or label.

The remedy:

Place the Valstat static eliminating bar in the designated location, as shown below. These anti-static bars operate by creating a harmonised stream of positive and negative ions directed toward the charged surface, effectively neutralising the charges. This guarantees accurate positioning of the label or sleeve on the container.
