The issue:

Intense electrostatic charges frequently accumulate on plastic components throughout the manufacturing and conveying stages. When these components descend into the collection bin, the cumulative static charges on them reach significant levels, given the inherent susceptibility of plastic materials to static buildup. The elevated static charges pose challenges such as discomforting shocks to operators, attraction of dust, and parts adhering to one another.

The remedy:

Static eliminator bars function by directing a well-balanced stream of positive and negative ions toward the charged surface, effectively neutralising static charges on plastic components. Place the Valstat static eliminating bar as depicted below. The Valstat VR90 DC bar is effective within an operational range up to 600 mm.
