Terms of Warranty

We extend this limited warranty to the original buyer (first retail purchaser) and warranty that the product shall be free from manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty will come into effect on the date of supply of the product to the customer.
  • This warranty shall automatically terminate on expiry of the warranty period of 12 months from the date of supply, even if the product may not be used for any time during the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.
  • The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of this sale/transaction.

Conditions of Warranty

Symphony Limited (hereinafter called as ‘We/Company’) extends this limited warranty to the original consumer (first retail purchaser) and warrants that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of supply. (Date of actual usage will not be considered under any circumstances.)

1. Warranty will come into effect when the following conditions are met:

  • The period of 12 months has not expired from the date of purchase/invoice.
  • The product is operated following the recommendations mentioned in the online manual.
  • Services provided under the warranty period will be subject to other applicable conditions for claiming warranty.

2. This warranty shall not apply to products:

  • Which have been altered or opened by any personnel not authorised by the company.
  • Incorrectly used in combination with any other substance, products, or accessories.
  • Which are used for rental purposes and/or develop problems due to faulty care, maintenance, alterations to the product, or its parts.
  • Which are subjected to electrical supply for which the product is not designed.
  • Where warranty becomes void due to operation with a sub-standard inverter or non-sine wave inverter.

3. Repair Services

While the company will make every effort to carry out repairs at the earliest, it is expressly clarified that the company is under no obligation to complete repairs within any fixed or specified period.

4. Warranty Period Expiry

This warranty shall automatically terminate on expiry of the warranty period of 12 months from the date of supply, even if the product may not be used for any time during the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.

5. Product Replacement and Refund

Under no circumstances during the warranty period shall the customer be entitled to replacement of the product or a refund of money.

6. Jurisdiction

The Courts/Consumer forums only at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of this sale/transaction.
