
AxisValence’s innovative Valflow ITS system is designed to effectively regulate ink temperature on gravure and flexo presses. Over the course of a print run, ink temperature tends to increase, leading to undesirable changes in viscosity and a decline in ink quality.
The Valflow ITS system efficiently cools the ink to a temperature level preset by the operator, considering specific process requirements and ambient conditions. This not only ensures consistent ink shade but also results in a significant reduction in solvent top-up requirements, and in some instances, reduced ink consumption. Typically, the return on investment (ROI) for this system is achieved in less than a year.
