VR90 DC static eliminating bars are shockless and spark-free and used for neutralising electrostatic charges from objects that move at high speeds (up to 1000 m/min). DC bars are also used in applications where the bar is positioned far away from the object – up to 1000 mm, under ideal conditions.

Two rows of site replaceable electrodes provided along the length of the bar generate ions of both polarities, thus ensuring that positive and negative charges are quickly and effectively removed from the substrate. Powered by Valstat HV DC power sources, VR90 bars find use in many industrial applications.

Installation & commissioning Installation to be done by you based on our instruction manual. On your request we can depute an engineer @ Rs. 7,500 per day plus GST extra for the commissioning. 2. To and fro charges and local boarding, lodging, conveyance to be arranged by you.
Warranty Warranty against manufacturing defects, is for a period of 12 months from the date of supply. Warranty will be void if the instructions of our instruction / operation and maintenance manual are not followed. This warranty does not extend to consequential damages or loss, does not extend to and any item provided by customer required for running the system. Is null and void if repair or modifications are carried out without our approval in writing.
