Valstat IE12/IE12G compressor-based ionising nozzles and guns – static elimination and dust removal

IE10 nozzles have electrodes positioned in the air flow path to convert ordinary compressed air into ionised air. They provide a blast of ionised air that effectively neutralises electrostatic charges and effectively removes surface dust, debris, and contaminants from the target.

Electrical input is from a Valstat HV AC power source; air inlet is from the shop floor compressed air supply.

The IE12G is a combination of a compressed air gun and an IE10 ionising air nozzle. These guns are used manually by shop floor personnel for static elimination and blow-off dust cleaning from stationary or slow moving objects.
