Electrodes on the VR30 AC static eliminating bars are resistively coupled and are spark-free and shock less and at the same time high-powered. Effective up to 1000 m/min speeds, these devices neutralise static charges from fast-moving plastic films, paper, textiles, non-wovens and other non-conductive objects. Static charges on plastic parts in automobiles, white goods, etc., can also be effectively eliminated using air-assist devices.

Powered by the Valstat HV AC power source, the VR30 bar generates ions of both polarities, ensuring that positive and negative charges on the object are effectively neutralised in almost all industrial applications.
